In 2009, Cornerstone Group Realty was created with you, the client, foremost in our minds. Our goal was, and still is, to provide unsurpassed service to our clients which will result in a strong repeat and referral business. We wish to work with clients who know, like, and trust us.
We said then, if we have met our goal as we assist you with your real estate needs, we hope to have a profound and lasting impact on your life. You can count on us to do this as stress free and time efficient as possible, and with an “It’s my pleasure” attitude.
You have shown us that this philosophy is important to you. Since we have opened we have had the opportunity to assist our clients with over 96 real estate transactions in both Lander and Riverton. We opened an office in Lander with the addition of another agent and a Client Care Coordinator to better serve our many clients in that community. Our Riverton office also welcomed another agent to service this community. We have carefully selected these smiling new faces to our team to aid you with the same “It’s my pleasure” attitude you expect and always receive with Cornerstone Group Realty.
As a way to celebrate our success & your support, we are making plans for our 3rd Client Appreciation Celebration to be held in early February, 2012.This has turned into a yearly event where we provide a homemade dinner for clients, friends & family. We will also continue our tradition of giving away a ‘Made in Wyoming’ basket full of local goodies! This is a fun evening for us to say ‘Thanks’ to our Cornerstone Group Supporters.

Judy Bauman - ABR, CRS-Broker/Co-Owner
I have been a resident of Fremont County for over 30 years where I have enjoyed living in both Riverton & Lander and being an active member of both communities. My roots began in Illinois where I always had a desire to be in the mountains. After graduating from Western Illinois University I snatched up the opportunity to take a teaching position in Wyoming. After 28 years in education I chose a new career path and have been assisting folks with their real estate transactions since 2003. I have a grown son, Amos, and am happily married to my main support and sounding board, Larry. When I'm not hard at work I love working in my gardens, skiing, golfing, and kayaking.
Niki Morrison - ABR, CRS-Associate Broker/Co-Owner
With 18 years of customer service, the real estate business was a good fit for me. I live for the "aw shucks" moments in real estate. My goal for our business is to "work with clients who know, like, and trust us." I love living and playing in Fremont County. I have called Riverton my home for the past 20 years. When I am not helping families move on to the next stage of their lives, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to hearing from you.
Dick Currah - Associate Broker
I am a native of Wyoming. I have been a resident of Fremont County for 50+ years. I spent 32 years in Law Enforcement, 24 of those were spent in Fremont County. If you want straight forward answers to any real estate questions, I will give them to you. NO FLUFF just HONEST ANSWERS!
